About

What's more fun than taking something you love and sharing it with others? Nothing. That's why I teach. I love skiing--the adventure, exploration, the rush, and atmosphere--but hearing someone express that "ah-ha!" moment is priceless, especially when it helps them achieve a goal. I've been told I'm a natural teacher, and I do my best to live up to that by providing students with results that leave them smiling.

I personally believe there is no such thing as a "wrong" way to ski. Ski technique is either efficient, or inefficient. My teaching focus is almost always on how to make movements more efficient, so you can ski where you want, how you want, with the least amount of effort, and meet your goals (not mine). Groomers, powder, steeps, bumps, spring snow, just getting off the lift, etc... we can make it happen. I keep my lessons simple so you aren't overwhelmed by endless ski jargon, and I teach in the style that is most effective for you.

Consider me your coach. Your goals are my passion. Together, we can reach them, and have a blast along the way. Skiing is supposed to be fun, after all.
