About

I started skiing at the age of 2 at the “neighborhood hill”.   My four siblings followed in my footsteps.   As our ski skills progressed, most winters were spent at Powder Ridge (CT) and Mohawk Mountain (CT) with the occasional school ski trip to Ski Southington (CT).  To mix things up a little in the winter, we would do day ski trips to Otis Ridge (MA), Butternut (MA) and Catamount (NY).   In the ‘70’s, my grandparents invested in a second home in Vermont.  This gave me the opportunity to ski larger mountains like Hogback, Haystack, Mount Snow, Stratton, and Killington.

Skiing provides a unique perspective on nature and its surroundings and it’s a great way to experience a new place from the top of a mountain.  In my high school years, I had the opportunity to ski Zermatt, Switzerland with family and friends.   Standing at the tallest point and looking out over the Alps Mountain range in Europe was breathtaking!  It was so cool to ski over to another country, Cervinia, Italy, for lunch!  Later in life, Lake Tahoe provided the best honeymoon spot for a skiing enthusiast!  It snowed each night and each morning greeted us with at least 12' of fresh powder.  Skiing a different mountain each day was Heavenly!  A memorable time skiing was sharing a long weekend with my sister at Banff Hot Springs.  We skied both Banff and Lake Louise that trip.

I share my enthusiasm for skiing with my husband and two daughters and have taught many extended family members and friends over the years at all ages.  This will be my first-time teaching others to ski as a professional ski instructor.   Can’t wait to see you out on the slopes!

When I am not skiing, I am the Regional Sales Manager, Northeast U.S., and Canada in a fortune 500 company.  I have a solid background in customer service and operations with both domestic and global experience.
