About

Greetings!  I have been skiing since I was little and love sharing the sport with my students and my family.  Skiing has always been important to me -- my parents met skiing and married 5 weeks later!  (You can read their story and that of many of my colleagues on my website:  www.skiserendipity.com.  I love seeing my 80 year old dad and "much younger" mom out on the slopes while I'm teaching!  My twins, who are both on the autism spectrum, have participated in Special Olympics at Blue and my youngest will be joining our team this year as a junior instructor, after being in the racing program for 7+ years.

I like teaching all ages and abilities and especially enjoy helping nervous moms gain confidence as they develop their skills.  I am always trying to improve and I know how intimidating a slope can be on unfamiliar equipment.  (When I was learning to snowboard --  You mean both feet are strapped to one board and they are no poles!  What madness is this?!)

I look forward to seeing you on the mountain!  Winter is coming and I can't wait!
