Intermediate - Another Program

Brennan was great in demonstrating & explaining grabs...I tried jumps I usually pass. With his instruction and keep it fun attitude I was amazed how quick I was able to improve...he watches you and tells you stuff that's spot on. Best 2 hours spent.
